07/12/05 21:54:35 cmiya: Judi, you can grow phalenopsis (moth orchids) , paphs (lady slippers) in the same place as your violets bec light requirements are the same.  Just water only once a week or in summer maybe twice.  Stick your finger about one inch into the bark.  Dry=water.
